I work at Old Dominion University in the Darden College of Education and Professional Studies. Current projects include:

• Trauma-informed Leadership for Higher Education (book under development)

• Family Structure across three countries

Personally Speaking

I live in Norfolk VA at the epicenter of U.S. coastal flooding. We have chickens, I have recently started adventure racing, and a 1967 VW Campervan lives in our driveway.
